Hi, I'm Eileen,

I have been knitting vintage style knitwear, along with my sister, Maureen, for the last few years as we both have a passion for the 1940s-1950s era.

 

We began attending events, and dressing in the 40s & 50s style,  but found it difficult to find vintage knitwear at a reasonble cost.  We sourced some patterns and began to make our own.

​

As we always had nice comments about our items we thought it would be good to be able to share them with others - hence this website!

​

We try to keep the costs as low as possbile - our £4.00 postage & packing is close to the Royal Mail fee for a 2nd class, signed for package.

​

If you see a style of knitwear on our site but require it in a different size or colour, please make your request on the contact us page.  A deposit is required.  Please note; we only knit the designs as shown on this site, which are all made using double knitting acyrlic yarn.
